PermanentTunis — on-site or hybrid

Odoo / ERP Developer

You design and develop the Odoo modules that make up Lexa ERP: sector-specific adaptations, integrations, dedicated business modules. You work directly with business analysts and clients, from scoping to go-live.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Odoo modules (Python, XML, OWL) for client needs
  • Adapt Lexa ERP to sector specifics (manufacturing, services, healthcare, distribution, tourism)
  • Integrate Lexa ERP with external systems (API, EDI, industrial machines)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Lexa ERP core
  • Take part in code reviews and the team's technical quality

Profile sought

  • Command of Python and object-oriented programming
  • Proven experience with Odoo (ideally Odoo 16+) or another open-source ERP
  • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and advanced SQL queries
  • Understanding of SME business processes (accounting, sales, purchasing, inventory)
  • Professional French, written and spoken

Nice to have

  • Odoo certification (Functional or Technical)
  • Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Git in a team
  • Notions of Tunisian accounting

AI / LLM Engineer

You design and deploy Lexa's AI agents: business chatbots, RAG on internal documents, vision for quality control, document automation. A strong specificity: everything runs on local LLMs, on our clients' infrastructure or in Tunisia.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and operate open-weight LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) on local infrastructure
  • Build RAG pipelines on clients' document corpora
  • Develop computer-vision solutions (quality control, OCR, serialisation)
  • Integrate AI agents with Lexa ERP (catalogue reading, sales context, etc.)
  • Measure agent quality (accuracy, hallucinations, latency) and iterate

Profile sought

  • Solid Python, ML ecosystem (transformers, vLLM, LangChain or equivalent)
  • Hands-on with open-weight LLMs and their deployment (CUDA, quantisation, inference servers)
  • Practical experience of at least one RAG or agent case in production
  • Understanding of GPU inference constraints (memory, throughput, batching)
  • Professional French

Nice to have

  • Experience in computer vision (PyTorch, ultralytics, custom models)
  • MLOps notions (model tracking, continuous evaluation, A/B)
  • Curiosity for data-sovereignty stakes

Business Analyst / ERP Consultant

You are the interface between SME clients and the technical team: scoping, workshops, Odoo configuration, user training, post-deployment follow-up. The pivotal role that turns a business need into a running system.

Responsibilities

  • Run free audits and scoping workshops with prospects
  • Write specifications and functional requirements
  • Configure Lexa ERP (no custom development: configuration, data, permissions)
  • Train key users (« champions ») at client sites
  • Follow go-lives and support the first weeks

Profile sought

  • Proven experience in ERP deployment (Odoo, SAP, Sage, Dynamics — whichever)
  • Ability to explain a technical concept to a non-technical executive
  • Understanding of SME processes (accounting, sales, inventory, production or services)
  • Excellent French writing
  • Driving licence (client travel in Tunisia)

Nice to have

  • Sector specialisation (manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, tourism)
  • Knowledge of Tunisian taxation
  • English or Arabic in addition to French

You grow Lexa's client base among Tunisian SMEs: targeted prospecting, qualification, demos, negotiation, closing. The product is solid, the market is receptive: the challenge is going out to get it and to convince.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect Tunisian SMEs (1 to 50 employees) in the 5 target sectors
  • Qualify ERP, AI or custom-development needs
  • Run product demonstrations independently
  • Co-build commercial proposals with the business analysts
  • Follow opportunities through to closing and hand over to deployment

Profile sought

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally toward Tunisian SMEs
  • Ease talking about enterprise software (ERP, CRM, or equivalent)
  • Taste for field work and outbound prospecting
  • CRM method and discipline (the rep who flies by feel isn't us)
  • Driving licence

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling ERP, B2B SaaS or IT services
  • A network in a sector (manufacturing, healthcare, tourism, distribution)
  • French/Arabic bilingualism

    Depending on the role: a short take-home case (1 to 3 hours, never more), or a technical interview with the team. Always discussed, never a trap.
